Welcome to Son Mesquidassa
Walk among olive trees, understand their origin and discover how time, land and precision become olive oil.
♡ Olive trees
Between the sea and the Serra de Tramuntana, Son Mesquidassa stretches across nearly 100 hectares in Felanitx. With over 150,000 olive trees, it is Mallorca’s largest estate of its kind, where tightly planted rows ripple like waves and the horizon disappears.
Technology
Son Mesquidassa’s mill is designed to preserve each olive at its best. Two advanced lines process up to 15,000 kg per hour, while an on-site lab checks ripeness before harvest. Less than two hours pass from tree to oil, protecting its aromas, polyphenols and exceptional quality.
Years of experience
Son Mesquidassa brings together three generations of the Rosselló family. Since 1986, they have combined tradition, technology and international reach to produce local olive oil under the Oli de Mallorca Protected Designation of Origin, while staying true to doing things properly.
Ready to dive into our sea of olive trees?
A visit to Son Mesquidassa follows the olive from the tree to the bottle. You’ll walk the estate, see how we work our olive groves and step inside the mill where the oil is made and stored. All explained in plain language and made to be enjoyed with all five senses.
