The outdoor setting is surrounded by olive trees and offers more than 7,500 m² of paved terraces. The main building houses a contemporary olive mill with high ceilings, carefully designed industrial aesthetics and versatile indoor rooms. Its technical facilities include logistics areas, professional electrical connections, an autonomous generator and a large private car park.

Outdoor spaces among olive trees

The terraces at Son Mesquidassa offer more than 7,500 m² of paved outdoor space.

They are spacious, open and versatile areas, suitable for cocktail receptions, outdoor banquets, stages, marquees, lounge areas, bars, music, lighting and large-scale technical installations.

1,500 m² Front Terrace

This is the first point of contact with the estate. It works particularly well for welcoming guests, organising an opening cocktail, setting up a registration area or photocall, or hosting the first toasts of the event.

A perfect space for creating a first impression that needs no lengthy explanation.

3,000 m² Side Terrace

Spacious, open-plan and highly flexible. It is ideal for outdoor banquets, dance floors, bars, lounge areas or installations beneath strings of lights.

It allows the event to breathe, guests to move around comfortably and the Mediterranean atmosphere to emerge effortlessly.

3,000 m² Rear Terrace

The most sheltered outdoor area on the estate. It is perfect for large banquets, concerts, corporate presentations, stage installations or celebrations that want to use the olive grove as a backdrop.

Indoor spaces in the olive mill

The main building at Son Mesquidassa includes several indoor rooms, each with its own personality.

This variety makes it possible to create a complete journey throughout the event. Welcome guests outdoors, hold a presentation inside, dine in one of the rooms, return outside, change the atmosphere, surprise guests and maintain the pace without relying on a single space.

Open-Plan Hall

The main hall of the olive mill. A spacious and versatile venue for banquets, cocktail receptions, gala dinners, private celebrations and large-scale corporate events.

It can accommodate up to 300 seated guests in banquet format and up to 400 standing guests for a cocktail reception.

Tasting Room

A room equipped with its own furniture, an integrated projector and a fixed sound system. It is designed for guided tastings, private lunches, presentations, speeches, gastronomic experiences and medium-sized gatherings.

It can accommodate up to 120 seated guests and up to 250 standing guests in cocktail format.

Conference Room

A technical auditorium designed for conferences, MICE meetings, talks, corporate events and business presentations. It connects directly to a private panoramic terrace, perfect for coffee breaks, light refreshments or networking sessions overlooking the Pla de Mallorca.

It has an approximate capacity of 100 people.

The Cellar

The most intimate and distinctive space on the estate. Surrounded by olive oil storage tanks, it offers a private, understated atmosphere with a strong identity.

It is ideal for exclusive dinners, committee meetings, board meetings, intimate celebrations and high-level gatherings. It can accommodate up to 70 people.

Technical and logistical infrastructure

The catering facilities provide spacious, independent logistics areas for kitchens and food suppliers. Professional 220 V and 380 V connections are strategically distributed to meet lighting, sound, kitchen, technical production and installation requirements. The autonomous 750 kVA generator, independent of the main electrical grid, helps ensure a continuous power supply throughout the event.

The private car park is located on a paved area, with space for private vehicles as well as coach manoeuvring and parking.

Sound and audiovisual production

Son Mesquidassa allows audiovisual production to be adapted to the type of event. The Conference Room and Tasting Room have integrated sound systems and fixed projection equipment. They are suitable for speeches, talks, presentations, guided tastings and product launches.

The Open-Plan Hall and the Cellar function as modular spaces. They do not include high-powered fixed speakers, allowing each event to use external equipment suited to its particular format.

Thanks to the independent 750 kVA generator and three-phase power connections, sound and lighting companies can connect professional equipment without power restrictions or the risk of overloading.

Three ways to experience Son Mesquidassa

Every event has its own rhythm.

That is why the estate allows its spaces to be combined according to the number of guests, the format and the experience you want to create.

Intimate events

Up to 70 guests. This experience works particularly well by combining the Front Terrace with the Cellar.

The welcome reception takes place outdoors, among the olive trees. Afterwards, guests move into the Cellar for a private dinner or an exclusive gathering in a space with character.

It is an ideal option for intimate weddings, private dinners, management meetings, family celebrations and high-level gatherings.

Medium-sized events

From 80 to 150 guests. Combining the Tasting Room and the Side Terrace makes it possible to create a dynamic event, with a more experiential or institutional indoor section and an outdoor extension for the banquet, cocktail reception or dance floor.

The Tasting Room works particularly well for speeches, presentations, tastings and branded content. The Side Terrace provides space, fresh air and a naturally Mediterranean atmosphere.

It is a suitable option for medium-sized weddings, brand events, private celebrations, corporate meetings and gastronomic experiences.

Large-scale and corporate events

From 150 to 400 guests. The Conference Room, Open-Plan Hall and Rear Terrace make it possible to structure larger events with different stages and atmospheres.

The day can begin with talks or presentations in the Conference Room, continue with a reception or networking session on the Rear Terrace and conclude in the Open-Plan Hall with a banquet, cocktail reception or gala dinner.

It is a particularly attractive combination for conferences, incentive events, MICE events, product presentations, corporate dinners, destination weddings and large-scale celebrations.
