GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
These conditions, as well as the current Spanish legislation, govern the purchase and sale contract between Son Mesquidassa, SA with CIF A07319932 (hereinafter Son Mesquidassa) and buyers who access the e-commerce page www.sonmesquidassa.com
Son Mesquidassa informs on this page of the characteristics and prices (VAT included and expressed in €) of the products. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the following cases:
· If the purchase is less than € 300.

Son Mesquidassa reserves the right to remove products from the page without prior notice due to stock limitations.
In order to purchase the product, the buyer must be registered on our website, be over 18 years of age and have not lost their ability to consent.
PAYMENT METHODS
Son Mesquidassa currently accepts VISA – MASTERCARD credit cards as payment methods
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When registering and proceeding with the purchase, Son Mesquidassa will issue an order confirmation which will be the reference for your tracking or return and will be sent to the email account specified by the customer.
PAYMENT
Payment will be made by bank transfer, is a pre-shipment requirement and only one option is considered:
· Debit or credit card
SHIPPING POLICY
The products will be delivered within 7 days for shipments in Spain. We do not consider shipments outside Spain.
RETURNS POLICY
The customer will have 14 calendar days to demand a refund from the date of delivery and without having to explain any reason. Refund (which will be identical to the subscriber by the customer, excluding shipping costs if any) must occur within 14 days of the claim and the management of the return as well as the cost will be borne of the client.
In the event that the product has suffered any damage or error not attributable to the customer, we undertake to manage and replace it as soon as possible and at no cost to the customer.
The warranty cannot be extended indefinitely over time as it is a perishable product that may be seriously affected by storage conditions.
CUSTOMS, TAXES AND TAXES
If the purchase is made by private customers in Spain, or within the territory of the EU the oil will be subject to the payment of VAT in the country of origin (Spain). Spanish companies / societies will also have to pay VAT. In the case of EU companies, they would be exempt from paying VAT. As we anticipated, we do not consider shipments outside the EU.
PRIVACY POLICY
The data that may be collected from the interested party will be treated confidentially and will be treated by Son Mesquidassa (identify with registration number in the registration, address and telephone).
The purpose of the processing of personal data is multiple, including the duty to inform and obtain consent, the resolution of doubts or comments and, in the case of a sales relationship, the information to the customer of the use of the service, order management, possible incidents, satisfaction surveys, quality, sending circulars (with customer consent) or operational requirements.
