These conditions, as well as the current Spanish legislation, govern the purchase and sale contract between Son Mesquidassa, SA with CIF A07319932 (hereinafter Son\u00a0 Mesquidassa) and buyers who access the e-commerce page www.sonmesquidassa.com<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/sonmesquidassa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/tarjetas-credito-min.png\")

Payment will be made by bank transfer, is a pre-shipment requirement and only one option is considered:<\/p>\n
The products will be delivered within 7 days for shipments in Spain. We do not consider shipments outside Spain.<\/p>\n
The customer will have 14 calendar days to demand a refund from the date of delivery and without having to explain any reason. Refund (which will be identical to the subscriber by the customer, excluding shipping costs if any) must occur within 14 days of the claim and the management of the return as well as the cost will be borne of the client.<\/p>\n
If the purchase is made by private customers in Spain, or within the territory of the EU the oil will be subject to the payment of VAT in the country of origin (Spain). Spanish companies \/ societies will also have to pay VAT. In the case of EU companies, they would be exempt from paying VAT. As we anticipated, we do not consider shipments outside the EU.<\/p>\n
